FocusFlow hesabını silme

Uygulamadan: Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı Sil. Onayladığında hesabın ve sunucularımızdaki tüm verilerin hemen ve kalıcı olarak silinir.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan: Hesabında kullandığın e-posta adresinden hello@maktay.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Talebini 30 gün içinde işleriz.

Silinenler: hesap bilgilerin (ad, e-posta, kullanıcı kimliği), odak oturumların, XP ve rozetlerin.

Saklananlar: Hiçbir kişisel veri saklanmaz. Anonim çökme ve kullanım istatistikleri kimliğinle ilişkili değildir.

Delete your FocusFlow account

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Once you confirm, your account and all data on our servers are deleted immediately and permanently.

If you can't access the app: email hello@maktay.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted: your account details (name, email, user ID), focus sessions, XP and badges.

What we keep: No personal data. Anonymous crash and usage statistics are not linked to your identity.
